I’m popping onto the blog today to announce something big!!!
Today, I’m launching my very first online course – The Preservation Garden Plan!
The Preservation Garden Plan is designed to teach students how to grow high-value food items that they will actually enjoy eating. It teaches gardening principles that can be applied to any growing situation (even if you only have a balcony). And it will help students understand how to utilize the food they've grown to its fullest potential. This course is the perfect marriage of gardening and food preservation wrapped into one.
If you're looking to supplement your grocery budget with homegrown items, if you want to cook with fresh and local ingredients year-round, or if you just can't get enough of gardening - this course is for you!
The Preservation Garden Plan has been a passion project that I originally thought of 3 years ago. Since then, I've spent hours writing, creating, and testing. It feels like a dream that today is actually launch day! Inside the course you'll find original photography, videos, and downloadable worksheets and resource pages.
The course is on sale for the next 7 days. AND I'm excited to let you know that there is a free preview option where you can watch the course introduction video. (Even if you don't plan to take the course, please check out the free course introduction video and let me know what you think!) The Preservation Garden Plan is a "work at your own pace course", and there are no time limits. If you want to review the information or retake the course year after year, feel free to do so!
My hope with The Preservation Garden Plan is to share the information I’ve learned and the mistakes I’ve made in my own garden, so that others will be successful in raising and preserving food.
